Health & Wellness

Older Adults can remain independent longer if they can stay healthy. Senior Neighbors offers a variety of ways to maintain and increase health and wellness.

A regular, nutritious Meal is available at all Senior Neighbors Centers.

Exercise is available at various Senior Neighbors Centers.

Senior Neighbors Centers provide regularly scheduled blood pressure checks, and periodic eye, ear and/or foot assessments. Annual flu and pneumonia shots are available at most centers.

Monthly nutrition classes are offered at the centers by the Michigan State Extension Service.

For more information about services available at the Senior Neighbors Centers, please call (616) 459-6019. We can connect you to the nearest center.
