Older Adults can remain independent longer if they can stay healthy. Senior Neighbors offers a variety of ways to maintain and
increase health and wellness.
A regular, nutritious Meal is available at all Senior Neighbors Centers.
Exercise is available at various Senior Neighbors Centers.
Senior Neighbors Centers provide regularly scheduled blood pressure checks, and periodic
eye, ear and/or foot assessments. Annual flu and pneumonia shots are available at most
centers.
Monthly nutrition classes are offered at the centers by the Michigan State Extension Service.
